Late Policy: | 5 minute grace period |
We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes early to avoid having to reschedule. Our clients are our #1 priority and we do everything in our power to accommodate schedules, but due to our busy shop & booking every 30 minutes, we will not take any client that is more than 5 minutes late. Making exceptions to this policy is not fair to our other guests, as the following client's appointment times will then be effected.
*We are located downtown so please take into consideration traffic/travel time as well as parking* (we offer $5 valet parking @ the new "BOBBY" hotel).
Cancellation Policy: | 24 hours in advance |
Because we are such a busy shop & typically have a waiting list, we ask that you give us a call at least 24 hours in advance in order to cancel a scheduled appointment. We respect our client's time and expect our clients to respect our barber's time as well.
